📌 Why do I need a proxy?

⏱ How long does it take to receive the proxy after payment?
Proxies are delivered automatically right after the payment is made. If they don’t appear in your personal account page, please contact our technical support.
⚙️ How are your proxies different from others?
All proxies (except for IPv4 Shared) are dedicated and private, not for public use.
We ensure you are the only user of the IPs you purchase.
Our proxies are hosted on low-load servers, offering faster response times than competitors — essential for information gathering and filtering.
🔄 How to renew a proxy?
Go to your Personal Account, click the “My Proxies” tab, select the proxies to renew, click the “Renew” button, choose a duration, and make the payment.
❌ Is port 25 open?
No, port 25 is closed. Email sending is not supported.
🚫 Can I access banned websites (e.g. Roskomnadzor list) via proxy?
No. Since November 1, 2017, such websites cannot be accessed through proxies.
💳 Is PayPal available through proxy?
No, PayPal does not work through our network.
🎮 Is Steam available through proxy?
No, Steam is blocked in our network.
⏳ What is the minimum rental period?
IPv6 proxies: Minimum rental is 3 days
IPv4 / IPv4 Shared proxies: Minimum rental is 30 days
🌐 What websites support IPv6 proxies?
Only websites that support the IPv6 protocol can be used with IPv6 proxies.
🛠 Can IPv6 proxies be used for parsing?
No, tools like Yandex Wordstat and KeyCollector do not support IPv6, so IPv6 proxies are not suitable for parsing.
❓ Are IPv6 proxies worse than IPv4?
No, IPv6 is not worse, but not all websites support it.
🔍 What do IPv6 proxies look like?
IPv6 proxies are tunneled via IPv4, allowing the software to recognize them. Websites only see the IPv6 address behind the port.

Authorization is done via username and password, or IP binding.
